After being felicitated by World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) in 2018 with two prestigious awards for ‘Leadership in Sustainable Design & Performance Award in the residential category’ and the ‘Advancing Net Zero Special Recognition’ as part of WorldGBC’s Asia Pacific Network - Leadership in Green Building Awards, Organo has not only established its credentials but also made the country proud by putting India on the world map. Now, Organo Naandi, has joined the bandwagon of global sustainability leaders in the World Green Building Council series.

The film on Organo delves into all aspects of Naandi and the way of life of the residents in this eco-habitat. Featuring a cross section of people involved in the making of this community, the film captures the challenges of rapid urbanization and Organo’s endeavor to counter it by embracing Rurban culture.
Executive Director of CII – IGBC highlights the impact created by Naandi
Mr Venkatagiri, Executive Director of CII - IGBC, who is also part of this film quoted “Organo Naandi is a shining example of building a project for the entire country. It gives you a lot of hope for the future.” Naandi is also Platinum Certified by CII’s Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and has won awards for design and performance in India.
Rurban Nest, an eco-habitat promoted by 22 doctors in Nizamabad, mentored by Organo Eco-Habitats, has been featured by Saakshi, a leading Telugu newspaper. An eco-habitat of 22 villas has all the salient features of Organo eco-habitats like the biopool, club house, guest suites amongst others with organic farming at the core.
