A Retreat Home That Nurtures You and the Planet

Imagine a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of city life, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. This is not just a weekend retreat; it's a sanctuary designed with your well-being in mind, where every detail serves to enhance your quality of life and the environment. Welcome to our unique 1650 sqft, single-bedroom retreat home, nestled in a forest community near Shadnagar, close to the charming village of Depalli, just 90 minutes from Gachibowli in Hyderabad.
The idea behind this home is more than just providing a space to live; it’s about fostering a community that thrives on the principles of sustainability, self-reliance, and mutual benefit. We aim to disrupt the conventional plotted development market, where small plots of land often remain desolate, waiting for their value to increase while contributing nothing to the community or the environment. Instead, we offer a new investment model where you not only get a high return on investment but also become part of a vibrant, self-sustaining village.
Many families invest in land with hopes of future gains, often leaving these plots untouched for years. This leads to barren landscapes and deteriorating streets. Our approach transforms this idle land into a lush, thriving community. By creating a forest community where every plot contributes to the greater good, we ensure that the environment flourishes, streets remain maintained, and the overall value of the area increases organically.

Our retreat home is meticulously designed to cater to your every need. It sits on 375 sq. yards of private land, with the remaining area dedicated to communal spaces like forests, farming areas, and recreational facilities. The main street, a beautiful tree-lined avenue, serves as the primary artery with parking on either side. Pedestrian streets branch from this central spine, leading you to your home through lush, layered vegetation that creates a serene Indian landscape experience.
The home itself is set back from the street, offering privacy and tranquility. As you enter, you’re greeted by an outdoor dining lounge and a pathway that leads to the main door, flanked by low seating and a shallow lily pond. This microclimate feature helps reduce summer temperatures, providing a cool, inviting entrance.
Inside, the large open living space is flooded with natural light, offering stunning views of the forest or the landscaped street. The living room is designed for comfort and socializing, with ample seating on one side and a dining area with a kitchenette on the other.
A staircase leads to the roof deck, perfect for square foot gardening, small trees, and a cozy deck for seating or camping. The landing has space for a foldaway single bed and a full bathroom, making it versatile for different needs.
Nature is an integral part of the architectural design. The home’s orientation and large windows maximize natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. The outdoor spaces, including the micro-garden and bathtub area, create a resort-style cottage experience, enhancing your connection to nature.
Purchasing this retreat home offers numerous benefits. For your family, it’s a versatile space that can serve as a personal getaway, a place to host friends and extended family, or a retreat for quality time with your children. The community aspect ensures that maintenance costs are optimized and shared among residents, creating a sustainable living environment.
Beyond personal enjoyment, this investment supports environmental conservation and community building. By becoming part of this forest community, you contribute to creating a biodiverse ecosystem that thrives from day one, re-establishing connections with rural neighbors, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
This home is more than just a place to live; it’s a promise of a better, more sustainable future for you, your family, and the planet.
